Kimberly then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Communications with a Media Literacy Emphasis from Webster University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Kimberly continued their education at Webster University, completing a Master's degree in Business Administration from the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology from 1998 to 2001, and a Master of Arts degree in Media Communications with a Media Literacy Emphasis from the School of Communications from 1998 to 2000.
Additionally, Kimberly obtained a certification in "Creating Quick No-Code SharePoint Business Solutions with Composites" from lynda.com in July 2015.
