Enrico Salvatori serves as a full-time winemaker at Terre Cevico Soc. Enrico is actively involved in the aging and bottling processes while developing products for Canadian and Northern European markets, as well as private label wines for the UK and Far East. Previous roles include enologist at CANTINE GIACOMO MONTRESOR SPA, winemaker and estate manager at Tenuta Masselina, and various positions at wineries such as Saronsberg and Cuvaison that provided diverse winemaking experiences. Academic background includes a degree in viticulture and enology from the Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and ongoing education at The Institute of Masters of Wine.

It represents the Consortium of the cooperative companies. The cooperative companies have been active in wine-growing for over 60 years. The Terre Cevico Consortium works in further fields: agronomic, wine-making, laboratory researches and analysis. Today, the group is one of the main interlocutors for the production of Romanian and Italian wine thanks to a network of collaborations at national level.
