Hannah Leblanc

Hannah LeBlanc is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in respiratory care and patient navigation. Currently serving as the Lung Program Patient Navigator at Terrebonne General Health System since February 2022, Hannah previously held the position of Clinical Account Manager at Apria Healthcare from July 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, a role as a Registered Respiratory Therapist was fulfilled at Terrebonne General Medical Center from September 2015 to July 2021. Hannah's educational background includes an Associate of Science degree in Cardiopulmonary Care from L. E. Fletcher Technical Community College, earned between 2011 and 2015, followed by further studies at the University of Louisiana Monroe from 2018 to 2021.
