Yzette D. A. Rainey has extensive experience in early childhood education, currently serving as the Education Manager for Terrebonne Parish Government since March 1999. In this role, Yzette supervises two Head Start Supervisors, twenty teachers, and substitutes while overseeing the educational content of the program. Yzette's previous positions include Assistant Teacher, Teacher, and Center Supervisor at Lafourche Parish Head Start. Yzette holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Early Childhood from Kaplan University, earned between 2012 and 2013.
