Anabelle Derouet

Anabelle Derouet has substantial experience in human resources management, currently serving as Référent Ressources Humaines and previously as Chargée de Ressources Humaines at Terrena since 2018. In these roles, Anabelle oversees the operational management of human resources for a portfolio of approximately 300 employees, primarily involving mobile technical sales and retail advisors across multiple departments. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies such as recruitment, mobility, talent management, and training development. Prior to Terrena, Anabelle was engaged with CAM from June 2001 to December 2017 as Chargée Développement RH and Chargée Emploi Formation, focusing on recruitment processes by assessing and validating hiring needs alongside defining job profiles and candidate qualifications.
