Cindy Larimer, MBA, CPA, CGMA has an MBA in Accounting and a BS in Accounting. Cindy has extensive experience working as a Corporate Controller at Terrene Homes since May 2023. Previously, Cindy served as a Controller at HAL Real Estate from March 2006 to May 2022, where Cindy was promoted from Assistant Controller to Controller in 2011. Cindy successfully transferred accounting data from QuickBooks to NetSuite, meeting HAL SOC-1 and SOC-2 reporting requirements.

Currently the firm has over $300 million of real estate development in progress across over 20 projects and 250 units.
