The Urbanism and Habitat Team at Terres de Montaigu is dedicated to developing sustainable urban planning and housing projects for the community. The team works on various initiatives, including promoting cycling infrastructure, supporting agricultural and food systems, managing material resources, and ensuring quality urban services that enhance the living standards for over 50,000 residents across 10 communes.
