Agathe Penant possesses extensive experience in agricultural development, particularly in leguminous crops, with a focus on both organic and conventional farming systems. Since January 2015, Agathe has worked as an Ingénieur de Développement at Terres Inovia, providing technical expertise to producers of various legumes while collaborating with industry stakeholders, research institutions, and agricultural organizations. Prior to this role, Agathe was involved in project management and network animation at VITAGORA from September 2011 to December 2014, where responsibilities included formulating needs, coordinating collaborative projects, and advocating for intellectual property strategies. Agathe began a career in European project management at ACTIA before gaining research experience during studies at LaSalle Beauvais and internships at Teagasc Research Center and INRA. Educational credentials include a master's degree in Agronomy and Phytotechny and a certification in Intellectual Property from INPI.
