Kriti D.

Kriti D.'s work experience includes various roles in different organizations. In 2017, they served as the Psychology Association Representative at Christ University, where they later became the Literary Secretary of the University Cultural Team and the Head of the Centre for Academic and Professional Support. Kriti also held positions as the Emcee Committee Member and the Head of Dialogues at Amartya. Additionally, Kriti was the University Student Council Representative for the Sociology Department.

In 2020, Kriti worked as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Fortis Healthcare. Kriti also worked as a Recruiting Analyst at Accenture, where they oversaw the sourcing processes and introduced pilot programs to improve pipeline management and conversion ratio.

Since 2020, Kriti has been the Founder of KD Ventures, a content agency specializing in long-form content, personal branding, and event/course launches on platforms such as LinkedIn and emails. Kriti also provides mentorship to students in the content industry and advises on optimizing their use of LinkedIn.

In 2022, Kriti joined Terribly Tiny Tales as a Strategy and Communications Manager for TTT Academy, an ed-tech vertical. Kriti'sresponsibilities include managing the end-to-end operations of the academy, ideating curriculum and program structure, and handling all communications for TTT Academy across various platforms.

Kriti D. began their education at Sushila Birla Girls's School in 2001 and continued their studies there until 2017. During this time, they focused on humanities and social sciences. Kriti then enrolled at Christ University in Bangalore, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with triple majors in Psychology, Sociology, and Economics from 2017 to 2020.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Kriti D. furthered their education at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained a Post Graduate Certification in Human Resource Management, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.

In addition to their formal education, Kriti D. has also obtained several certifications.
