Shaun Zarate is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and business analysis, currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Territorial since January 2025. Previously, Shaun worked as a Business Analyst at Payworks Payroll Services Canada and held multiple roles at Bold Commerce, including Product Manager and Quality Assurance Tester, where responsibilities included product development, testing, and validation. Shaun’s earlier experience at iQmetrix spanned from Solutions Analyst to Intermediate Quality Assurance Analyst, focusing on API solutions and project design documentation. Shaun's career commenced at Bell MTS in retail activations. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Arts from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from De La Salle Lipa.
