Rafael Schwarz has held various leadership roles throughout their work experience. Starting in 1996, they served as a Marketing Intern at 3M Germany. Rafael then worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at P&G in 1997. Following that, they became an Assistant Brand Manager at P&G in 1998. Schwarz joined Reckitt Benckiser in 2001, where they held positions such as Marketing Manager and Global Brand Marketing Manager. In 2004, they became a Key Account Manager at Reckitt Benckiser. Schwarz also worked at Mars as a Marketing Director from 2009 to 2010. Rafael then joined Henkel as the Head of Innovation and later as the International Marketing Director. In 2013, they became the Managing Director at TERRITORY Influence (Bertelsmann Group). Schwarz also joined Forbes Communications Council as a Marketing & Communications Expert in 2019. Overall, they have extensive experience in marketing, innovation, business development, and leadership roles in various industries.
