Luke Kaile

Luke Kaile is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the creative and production industries. Currently serving as Head of VFX at Territory Studio since March 2024, Luke previously held various leadership roles at NVIZ, including Managing Director and Head of Operations, from March 2014 to January 2024. As a Company Director, Producer, and Writer at Milk In First from January 2020 to December 2023, Luke contributed to significant film projects. Freelance work as an Actor, Presenter, and Writer was undertaken from December 2009 to October 2020, alongside filmmaking and writing for Muzzle The Pig Productions, which produced the independent feature film "Criminal Audition." A background in accounting is complemented by management roles at Ncam Technologies Ltd and H Huntsman & Sons Ltd, as well as education in creative writing and drama from Loughborough University.
