Hector Quiroz

Hector Quiroz is a dedicated health care navigator at Terros Health since November 2020, focusing on providing behavioral health support through the Turning the Tide (T3) program, which assists ethnic MSM and the transgender community in addressing issues like PTSD and substance use disorders. Hector operates HQ Life Wellness Coaching & Consulting since January 2014, offering personal training, yoga instruction, and life coaching to promote mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. Prior experience includes roles as an HIV Prevention Specialist and supportive case manager across various organizations, including TERROS Behavioral Health, Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc., and the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation. Hector's educational background includes attendance at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts from 2014 to 2018.
