Jennifer Nye

As Chief Operations Officer, Jenni guides 680 of Terros Health’s 900 employees in enhancing physical and mental integrated care for the 55,000 individuals touched by the organization’s integrated health clinics and recovery centers, mobile crisis units, and Children and Family Services. Previously, she served as senior director of Recovery Services, leading a 200-member team at Terros Health’s three clinics for patients with serious mental illnesses (SMI). Jenni earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from ASU and Argosy University, respectively, and is a licensed associate counselor.

Jenni has been employed in the adult SMI system of care since 2008, first serving as the clinical director for what is now the Terros Health 23rd Ave Recovery Center. Prior to that, she worked for the City of Phoenix with the homeless population, helping to stand up the first Project Homeless Connect in Phoenix.
