Nicolas Crognaletti has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, currently serving as CDO at Groupe Tertianum since March 2016, and as COO for Tertianum Romandie & Tessin, while also holding positions as Directeur de Division and member of the executive management team. Since September 2021, Nicolas has been the President of FEDEPS, the federation of service providers in care and assistance. Prior to these roles, Nicolas worked at Groupe BOAS from January 2006 to February 2016 as General Director and Deputy General Director, and at AVALEMS from 1996 to 2008 as President. Additionally, Nicolas was the Director at Fondation de la Providence from January 1994 to December 2005.
