Dan Haines Cohen

Dan Haines Cohen has extensive experience in the tertiary education sector through various roles at the Tertiary Education Commission since October 2006, including Principal Advisor positions in Ministerial Work Programmes, University Advisory Group, Performance-Based Research Fund, and Operational Strategy. Key contributions include collaborating with the Ministry of Education on budgeting and policy reforms, managing substantial funding processes, and developing strategic frameworks for the tertiary education system. In addition, Dan Haines Cohen has been instrumental in artist management and music production as the Director of Machine Records since 2001, receiving recognition with the Welsh Music Award for 'Best Record Label' in 2005. Previous roles include administrative and supervisory positions at Cardiff County Council and Cardiff University, along with experience as a tutor and writer.
