Rick Zwart

Rick Zwart is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, health, and organizational management. Currently serving as a Relationship Manager and Senior Fund Owner at the Tertiary Education Commission since September 2020, Rick focuses on designing operational policy with a customer-centered approach. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Senior Consultant at Think Differently Solutions, where Rick specialized in transforming businesses into people-centric organizations, and a Senior Systems Analyst for the New Zealand Health and Disability Systems review, which involved developing system-wide policy advice. With experience in various educational and management positions, including roles as a Teacher and Policy Analyst, Rick holds multiple degrees from the University of Otago and other institutions, equipping Rick with a solid foundation in economics, politics, and education.
