Mélanie Lima

Mélanie Lima is a seasoned human resources professional with a robust background in developing and implementing HR strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Responsable RH at Terumo Aortic since October 2022, Mélanie previously held the position of Chargée de développement RH at Synchrotron SOLEIL, where responsibilities included piloting skill development plans and managing administrative HR functions. At GEFCO from 2015 to 2020, Mélanie led multiple HR initiatives, such as the transformation project "Infinite Proximity" and the deployment of digital learning platforms. Prior experience includes HR roles at PSA Peugeot Citroën, Mairie de Voisins le Bretonneux, and Weight Watchers. Mélanie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University.
