Ana Patricia Ramirez

Ana Patricia Ramirez has extensive experience in quality management systems and human resources. Currently serving as a QMS Manager at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies since January 2022, Ana Ramirez previously held the position of Senior Supervisor for Training and Document Control at SMITH & NEPHEW COSTA RICA from May 2012 to January 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing training and document control functions, supporting audits, and contributing to various developmental projects. Earlier in the career, Ana Ramirez was the Manager of Human Resources and Quality Systems Representative at Interbolsa, where significant achievements included building the HR function and establishing internal policies and job structures. Ana Ramirez holds a Bachillerato in Industrial Engineering and is pursuing Licenciatura degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from Universidad Internacional de las Américas.
