Ashween Ganesh

Ashween Ganesh is a seasoned professional in systems engineering and verification, currently serving as Senior Manager at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies since May 2025. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Fresenius Medical Care from March 2019 to May 2025, where responsibilities included Staff Test Manager and Systems Test Manager in the Global Research and Development department. Prior to this, Ashween held the position of Lead Systems Engineer at various companies from January 2015 to March 2019, focusing on DHF remediation projects and enhancing product reliability through failure investigations. Ashween's educational background includes a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Lamar University and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Sathyabama University, complemented by executive education from MIT Sloan.
