Jane Harkness

Jane Harkness has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jane started their career at Monsanto in 1991, serving in various roles such as Internal Auditor, HR Manager, and Sales Manager until 1997. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a Global Sales Manager at Newell International. Jane then joined Robert Half Finance & Accounting as a Branch Manager from 2001 to 2003. Harkness worked as a Sr. Recruiter at Todays Staffing in 2003 and as an HR Manager at Memorial Blood Centers from 2004 to 2010. Jane joined CaridianBCT in 2010 as a Sr. HR Analyst/Global Business Partner until 2012. From 2017 to 2019, they served as Sr. Manager of Human Resources for Global Commercial and LATAM at Terumo BCT. In 2019, they were promoted to Sr. Director of Global HRBP and Talent Center of Excellence at the same company. Harkness also served as the Director of the HR Committee at Paideia Academy from 2009 to 2010.

Jane Harkness earned a BA in Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis in 1990. Jane also attended Universidad de Salamanca in 1987-1988 to further their studies in Spanish. In 1990, they obtained an MBA in Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School. Prior to their higher education, they received their HS Diploma from Madison West High School in 1985. Jane Harkness has also obtained several certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015, the GPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2011, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in 2006.
