Matthew Odierna

Matthew Odierna is a Global Supplier Quality Engineer at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, starting in February 2024, after previously holding the same position from June 2018 to June 2022. In this role, Matthew supports global manufacturing sites and suppliers in addressing injection molding quality issues and process validations. Before rejoining Terumo, Matthew worked as a Quality Engineer at Honda of America, achieving significant reductions in vehicle AC leak rates, and gained experience as a Reliability Engineer at Georgia-Pacific, enhancing equipment reliability and planning maintenance strategies. Additional experiences include project engineering roles and internships at leading companies, collaborating on various engineering projects, and developing efficient processes across multiple sectors. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
