Ryan Stephens

Ryan Stephens is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in various analytical and management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Terumo BCT since October 2019, Ryan has previously worked as a Finance Accounting Consultant at Xcel Energy and held multiple positions at Bimbo Bakeries USA for over a decade, including Manager of Revenue and Business Analytics, Senior Regional Analyst, and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. Notably, Ryan established a Sales Planning Team and significantly improved forecast accuracy while leading finance initiatives that contributed to substantial annual sales and EBIT increases.
