Sara M. Harms has extensive experience in various leadership roles in marketing and strategic growth. Sara M. served as the Vice President of Consumer Marketing/Strategic Growth at Cochlear Americas, where they developed marketing strategies and pioneered social marketing. Sara M. also worked as the Vice President of Marketing at STERIS Corporation, overseeing global product portfolio management and strategic planning. Prior to that, Sara was the Director of Global Product Management at Teledyne WaterPik, where they successfully reversed market share erosion. Sara M. has also worked as an independent consultant at Marketing Insights and served as the Director of Strategic Business Intelligence at Terumo BCT. Sara recently retired and is no longer actively working.

Sara M. Harms has a Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Sara M. also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
