Shaireen Khawaja

Shaireen Khawaja is a seasoned professional in program and project management with extensive experience in the medical device and biopharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Program Director for Global Operations at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies since November 2015, Shaireen leads initiatives to mitigate risks in the raw materials supply chain through strategies such as dual sourcing and vertical integration. Previous roles include Senior Manager for Enterprise Portfolio/Program Management, Senior Project Manager, and Program Manager at STENTY'S, INC., where Shaireen successfully directed international teams and facilitated product commercialization. Shaireen's career began at Cordis, a Johnson & Johnson company, with progressive roles in project leadership and engineering.
