Shane Belton

Shane Belton is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Manager Regional HR for EMEA and APAC at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies since December 2021. Prior to this role, Shane was a Strategic HR Consultant at Caterpillar Inc., managing HR initiatives for various regions including Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Australia from November 2018 to December 2021. Shane's HR career began at RFD Beaufort and spans over two decades, encompassing roles such as HR Business Partner at Caterpillar Logistics Services, HR Officer, and Assistant HR Officer. Shane holds a PGDip in Human Resources Management from Ulster University and a BSc in Information Management from The Queen's University of Belfast.
