Yumi Ng

Yumi Ng has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting from 1997, they held the role of Office Manager at Adecco Group. From 2001 to 2003, they were the HR Manager at Landis ICT Group. Following that, they joined GE and served in various HR leadership roles, including HR Manager Benelux, EMEA HR Manager Commercial, and HR Leader Europe. In 2018, Yumi became the VP Human Resources at Teamleader CRM and later moved on to become the VP People at Sentiance. Currently, they hold the position of Director Human Resources EMEA at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies. Additionally, from 2010 to 2022, Yumi worked at Ask Yumi BV as a People & Culture Expert, where they helped organizations assess and strengthen their people and culture strategies.

Yumi Ng has studied Latin Greek at Dames van het Christelijk Onderwijs. Yumi has also completed a Master class in HR at Vlerick Business School. Additionally, they have studied Political Sciences at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
