Wayne Pino

Wayne Pino, MBA, is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently serving as the Senior Director of Sales for the Eastern Region at Terumo Cardiovascular since May 2003. In this role, Wayne drives corporate strategy, establishes sales objectives, and oversees a team of 10 direct reports to enhance their skills and meet profit goals. Previous positions at Terumo include Manager of Strategic Accounts and Senior Territory Manager, where Wayne successfully managed corporate account activities and turned around underperforming territories. Prior to Terumo, Wayne served as a Field Product Manager at JOSTRA, achieving significant sales growth, and as a Field Service Representative at Sorin Group, receiving recognition as Field Service Representative of the Year. Wayne's career began with service in the United States Marine Corps as a Field Radio Operator. Wayne holds an MBA and a BS in Business Administration from California Coast University.
