Operational excellence isn't about complex theories – it’s about making the everyday work.

Tervahauta Consulting helps organizations bridge the gap between strategy and execution. I am Kaisa Tervahauta and I specialize in untangling operational knots, streamlining processes, and ensuring that digital tools actually serve the people using them.

Current Focus:
I am currently seeking a long-term, impactful role within an ambitious organization (ideally in IT or international growth environments). While I am on the lookout for my next "professional home," Tervahauta Consulting remains active for selected projects that align with my expertise and offer mutual growth.

Core Expertise & Proof of Impact:

Operational Leadership: Experience as an Interim CEO for a 15-person expert team. I focus on billing efficiency, leadership models, and culture – proven by an eNPS increase of +176%.

Systems & Digitalization: End-to-end implementation of ERP/CRM/PSA architectures (e.g., Netvisor, Pipedrive, Koho). I don’t just deploy software; I ensure data flows and teams are trained.

Nordic Collaboration: Deep understanding of Nordic business culture, regional development, and cross-border cooperation.

Why work with me?
My approach is practical: I believe three working processes are more valuable than 30 PowerPoint slides. I bring a mix of "hands-on" grit and strategic insight to every project.
