Jussi Sihvonen

Jussi Sihvonen has a rich work experience in the healthcare sector, starting as a General Practitioner in the City of Pori in 2016. Jussi then moved on to roles at different medical facilities, including Lääkärikeskus Aava and Helsingin kaupunki. Jussi'sresponsibilities included being a Medical Doctor, Team Leader, and Deputy Chief Physician. In 2019, they worked as a Medical Doctor at Pihlajalinna before joining Terveystalo in 2020, where they served as the Chief Physician and later as the Medical Director, Staffing. Jussi'sfocus has been on improving quality, employee experience, and developing trauma diagnostics and treatment skills.

Jussi Sihvonen completed their Licentiate degree in Medicine at the University of Turku from 2010 to 2016. Jussi then pursued Specialist training in Medicine at the University of Helsinki from 2017 to 2025. In 2021, they also took courses at Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development.
