Mia Paatsalo

Mia Paatsalo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and coaching. Currently serving as a Board Member and Coach at Olarin Voimistelijat since January 2007, Mia brings over ten years of expertise as an assertive Aesthetics Group Gymnastics coach. Recently appointed as Director of Career Services at Terveystalo in March 2024, Mia has previously held significant roles at aTalent Recruiting as Chief Operating Officer and HR Consultant, where responsibilities included P&L management, recruitment leadership, and business development. Other key positions include HR Talent Partner at Hartwall, and various HR roles at Algol Oy and LOGY ry. Mia holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Vaasa and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Helsinki.
