Mikko Rajala

Mikko Rajala has a diverse work experience starting as an Account Manager at aTalent Recruiting in 2013. Mikko then moved on to work as a Global Partnerships Coordinator at Aalto Ventures Program in 2014. Following that, they held a Visiting Associate role at The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. Mikko later transitioned to Terveystalo as a Business Transformation Manager in 2016 before joining VR Group as a Development Manager. At VR Group, they held roles in the Bid team and Commuter services. Mikko returned to Terveystalo in 2021, where they progressed from a Development Director to Vice President focused on Pricing & Customer steering.

Mikko Rajala attended Aalto University from 2012 to 2018, majoring in Industrial Engineering and Management. In 2015, they also participated in a Summer School program at Stanford University, focusing on Entrepreneurship and management. Furthermore, in 2015 to 2016, they studied as an exchange student at EPFL, specializing in Management of Technology. Mikko obtained Lean Six Sigma certifications, including Master Black Belt, Black Belt, and Green Belt, from various institutions between 2016 and 2019.
