Minna Laakso

Minna Laakso is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Director and Head of M&A for Finland at Terveystalo since September 2019, with an interim role as M&A Director from February to May 2022, focusing on identifying and executing M&A opportunities. Prior to Terveystalo, Minna Laakso worked at EY from January 2015 to August 2019, progressing from Audit Trainee to Senior Analyst in Transaction Advisory Services. Minna Laakso holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Finance and Business Analytics from LUT University, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same field focused on Financial Management from the same institution. Additionally, an exchange semester at the University of Graz was completed in 2014, and Minna Laakso graduated from Mäkelänrinteen Urheilulukio in 2008.
