Saana Ruottu

Saana Ruottu currently serves as Head of Corporate Governance and Compliance and Senior Legal Counsel at Terveystalo, starting in October 2024. Prior to this role, Saana held positions at Krogerus, where responsibilities included advising domestic and international clients in capital markets and public M&A transactions from November 2020 to September 2024.
