Taija Kautto

Taija Kautto has a solid background in HR, starting as a Työmarkkina-asiantuntija at the City of Vantaa in 2008. Taija then moved on to roles such as Manager, Employee Relations at Finnair Technical Services Oy and HR Manager, IR at Finnair before transitioning to Finnair Oyj as a People Partner. Taija also worked as Henkilöstöpäällikkö at FinnHEMS Oy and Alko Oy. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR, Public at Terveystalo and will soon transition into the role of Head of HR, Portfolio Businesses within the same company.

Taija Kautto attended Jyväskylän Lyseon lukio for their secondary education. Following this, from 2001 to 2007, they obtained a Master of Laws degree from the University of Turku.
