Daniel Brasenell

Project Coordinator at Tervita Corp

Daniel Brasenell has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Forestry Technician at Alpine Land Information Services where they surveyed tree plantations and documented each one. In 2009, they worked as a GIS Assistant at the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, where they geo-referenced and edited raster images of lakes for the Bathymetry project. In 2011, they worked as a Data Analyst & GIS Assistant at the same ministry, supervising two employees and performing quality control for the Bathymetry project. In 2013, they joined Gibson Environmental Ltd. as an Environmental Technologist, performing site assessments and writing reports. Also in 2013, they became a Project Coordinator at Tervita Corporation, overseeing project costs and entering time sheets for employees.

Daniel Brasenell attended Bowmanville High School from 2000 to 2004, where they earned an Ontario Secondary School Diploma. Following high school, from 2004 to 2007, they pursued a Diploma in Fish and Wildlife Technician at Sir Sandford Fleming College. Daniel then continued their education at the same college from 2007 to 2008, completing a Diploma in Forestry Technician. From 2009 to 2012, Daniel attended Trent University, where they obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Joint Major, specializing in Environmental and Resource Science and Biology.
