David Caro

David Caro currently serves as the Corporate Vice President and Head of Business Unit Automotive at tesa, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this role, David Caro was with Henkel for nearly two decades, progressing through various leadership positions, including Corporate Director and Global Head of Engineering Automotive OEM. David Caro's earlier career also includes roles at Gestamp as a Product Engineer and at BERMAQ SA as a Project Manager. David Caro holds an AMP from INSEAD, a PDD in Business Administration and Management from IESE Business School, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
