Hilde Cambier

Hilde Cambier currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board and Vice-Chair of the Digital and ESG Committee at Beiersdorf, effective April 2024. Hilde is also the Vice President of Marketing Consumer Business at tesa since October 2022 and co-founded SMAK Organic GmbH in August 2021, holding that position until May 2024. Previously, Hilde was the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Cambier Consulting and Coaching from January 2017 to October 2022, focusing on the German market for a personal care company. From November 2013 to December 2016, Hilde was the Director of Coffee at Tchibo GmbH, overseeing national and international coffee business operations and serving on the Supervisory Board for Tchibo Austria. Hilde's extensive career at Beiersdorf began in October 1991, culminating in roles such as Corporate Vice President Foresight & Innovation and Global Business Unit Personal Care, managing international marketing and R&D for personal care products. Hilde holds an MBA in Economics with a focus on Marketing from Vlerick Business School and a Master's Degree in Germanic Philology from Ghent University.
