Patty Laster, RPh, MBA, has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on market access and reimbursement. Patty has held various leadership roles in companies such as BeiGene, TESARO, Inc., Astellas Pharma US, Genentech, and Bristol Myers Squibb. Throughout their career, Patty has been involved in pre-launch and launch activities, contract and policy management, education and strategic programs, and cross-functional partnerships. Patty has also worked closely with commercial, government, and PBM accounts, as well as state Medicaid programs and Medicare Administrative Contractors. In addition, Patty has contributed to reimbursement strategy and tactic development for multiple brands. Patty has a strong background in developing business relationships with state oncology societies and advocates. Patty also has experience in academia, having served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
