Victoria-Louisa Kirstein

Victoria-Louisa Kirstein has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of communications and marketing. Victoria-Louisa is currently employed as the Head of Communications & Marketing at Tesat-Spacecom since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Leader Marketing & Communications at Eurofighter Jagdflugzeug GmbH from September 2021 to January 2023, where they led the digitization efforts and managed various marketing and communication channels. Victoria-Louisa also has experience working at Airbus, where they served as a Digital Communications Manager from September 2019 to August 2021 and as an Executive Assistant to SVP Communications Airbus Defence & Space/HO Digital Communications Airbus from February 2018 to August 2019. Additionally, they had a role as a Corporate Student at Airbus from September 2014 to February 2018, gaining practical experience in various departments and completing their bachelor thesis on the topic of country visions and megatrends in the implementation of the Airbus Defence and Space Strategy.

Victoria-Louisa Kirstein completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt from 2014 to 2018. Victoria-Louisa then pursued their Master of Science in Digital Management & Business Consulting, first at the University of San Diego in 2019 and later at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2018 to 2021.
