Pete Walker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology controls, digital governance, and operations. Currently serving as Technology Controls Manager at Tesco Bank since October 2015, Pete partners with the Senior Leadership Team to manage a comprehensive risk and control framework, addressing Third Party Management, Data Governance, Operational Resilience, and Management Operations. Previously, as Digital Governance and Operations Lead at Tesco Bank, responsibilities included ensuring robust governance across customer-facing digital channels and managing departmental suppliers to meet regulatory requirements. Pete’s career also encompasses various roles at GTC Scotland, Dundas & Wilson, and the City of Edinburgh Council, focusing on digital communications, web content management, and digital marketing strategies. Pete holds a BA in Marketing Management from Edinburgh Napier University and attended Central Michigan University.
