Tanay Mukherjee

Tanay Mukherjee has over nine years of experience in various roles within the operations and training sectors. Currently serving as a Manager of colleague help and CEC Operations Lead at Tesco Bengaluru since August 2016, Tanay is responsible for overseeing operational transactions, implementing continuous improvement projects, and providing process coaching and training. Prior to Tesco, Tanay worked at Magnasoft as a Training Consultant, managing service level agreements and staff development, and held senior consulting positions at Flipkart, where responsibilities included real-time support and performance monitoring. Tanay began a career in marketing as a Marketing Analyst at Gate Revolution, focusing on relationship building with educational institutions and managing seminars. Tanay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
