Ken Pierce is a seasoned retail operations leader with extensive experience at Tesco Ireland, where roles have included Head of Retail Operations at Tesco Mobile Ireland since January 2010 and General Merchandise Country Support Manager. In the current position, Ken spearheads the development of the Tesco Mobile ROI retail model, expanding to 120 stores and 52 phoneshops by Spring 2025, and successfully launched the ROI Phoneshop in Ireland to improve customer access and service. Ken's career with Tesco began in 1992 as a General Merchandise management trainee, progressing through various managerial roles in multiple stores before taking on leadership positions that support operational excellence in the non-food sector. Education was pursued at the College of Design & Marketing from 1989 to 1990.
