Tony Kernan

Tony Kernan is an experienced professional in the retail property sector, currently serving as Head of Estates and Portfolio Manager at Tesco Ireland since April 2024. Prior to this role, Tony spent over 15 years at Lambert Smith Hampton, starting as a Chartered Retail Surveyor and advancing to Associate Director and then Director in Retail Agency. In this capacity, Tony provided Retail Advisory services, collaborating closely with lease advisory and rent review surveyors to deliver market intelligence on the retail landscape, and advising a diverse clientele that included private landlords, developers, and national retailers. Tony holds a BSc Hons in Property Investment and Development from Ulster University.
