Currently serving as Tribe Lead - Acquisition & Retention at Tesco Mobile since June 2017, Zoe oversees a customer base of 5.3 million, focusing on commercial and pricing strategy as well as e-commerce initiatives. Previous positions at O2 (Telefónica UK) spanned over a decade, where Zoe held senior roles including Senior Manager - Like New and Senior Commercial Marketing Manager - P&L, achieving significant profit and revenue growth. Zoe's academic background includes a BA Hons in Business Studies from Buckinghamshire New University and 11 GCSEs from Sir William Borlase's Grammar School.
