Maciej Dubis is a seasoned HR professional with nearly 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Compensation & Benefits Manager for Tesco PLC in Poland. They are responsible for managing reward systems for a workforce of approximately 30,000 employees and have developed HR solutions that enhance business value. Maciej has previously held consultant roles with major companies in Poland and internationally, including Aon Hewitt, and has worked in multicultural environments collaborating with teams across the globe. They hold dual Master's degrees in Management and Social Communication and Law from Jagiellonian University.
