Margot Cronin

Margot Cronin is a Chartered Director with over 20 years of board experience in both executive and non-executive roles across UK and international markets. They have been recognized as the IoD Chartered Director of the Year in 2019 and currently serve as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee at Tesco Underwriting, and as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at Prudential International Assurance. Margot also chairs the Board of TransUnion International UK Ltd, bringing extensive experience from previous roles in prominent companies such as HSBC Life and Aviva across multiple regions including the UK, USA, Hong Kong, Ireland, Russia, and India. They hold multiple distinguished degrees, including an MSc in Insurance and Risk Management from City University London.
