Victoria Cochrane

Victoria Cochrane is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in governance and risk management across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Independent Director and Audit and Risk Committee Chair at CBI since June 2023, and also as an Advisory Council Member at DTEK Group BV since March 2024, Victoria has held multiple influential positions in organizations such as Ninety One plc, IntegraFin Holdings plc, and Euroclear Bank SA/NV. Previous roles include Senior Independent Director at HM Courts & Tribunals Service and Non-Executive Director for multiple investment and insurance firms. Victoria's foundational career at EY spanned a decade, where notable positions included Global Managing Partner for Quality and Risk Management. Victoria holds a Solicitor of the Supreme Court qualification from the College of Law in London and education from St Paul's Girls' School.
