Rob Richards

Rob Richards is an experienced transport and warehouse manager with a strong background in the food distribution industry. Currently, Rob serves as Transport Manager at Tesco, overseeing operations at one of Europe’s largest chilled distribution warehouses. Prior to this role, Rob held various management positions at Allied Bakeries, Hovis Ltd, and Premier Foods, where responsibilities included improving despatch performance, managing large-scale operations, and fostering effective team communication. Rob's career began as a Warehouse Operative at British Bakeries, providing valuable insights into FMCG warehouse management. Rob holds a CPC in Transport Management from the Freight Transport Association and a BA Hons in Leadership and Management from The Open University.
