Alessandro Cassinelli

Alessandro Cassinelli has extensive experience in the legal field. Alessandro is currently the Head of the Legal Department at TESISQUARE. Prior to this role, Alessandro worked at CNH Industrial as a Compliance Counsel and later as a Legal and Compliance Counsel, where they provided legal and operational support in public tenders. Before joining CNH Industrial, Alessandro served as a Legal & Compliance Specialist at IVECO. Alessandro also worked as an Associate at Giorgio Scagliola & Associates Law Firm. Alessandro began their legal career as a Trainee Lawyer at Della Gatta & Bottero Law Firm. Prior to their legal career, Alessandro worked as a Journalist at St. Paul's International.

Alessandro Cassinelli received a Master's Degree in Corporate Governance and Extraordinary Operations from 24ORE Business School in 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Pavia from 2009 to 2013. Alessandro completed their Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Turin from 2004 to 2009. Alessandro's educational journey began with their High School Diploma from Liceo Classico Giuseppe Govone, attained between 1999 and 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Alessandro Cassinelli has also obtained certifications in the field of data protection and regulatory compliance. Alessandro acquired the 'GDPR: Data Protection Officer Skills' certification from the University of Derby in May 2021. Moreover, they completed a certification in 'Regulatory Compliance' from the University of Pennsylvania via Coursera in March 2021.
